TO COMPETE, ALL STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
DEADLINE: Please complete all forms by Wednesday, October 16, 2024 OR before competing at your first tournament. If the forms are not completed before then, you will be unable to attend team practices until the forms are complete. You cannot compete until you have fully registered for the team.
Please complete the google form below. Then, print and sign the signed handbook form and turn it in along with the team dues to Senora Vazquez.
Parents must attend one of three mandatory parent meetings as part of team registration (both new AND returning parents!)
Thursday, September 26th, 7:00 - 8:00 pm, OR
Tuesday, October 8th, 7:00 - 8:00 pm on Zoom, OR
Monday, October 14th, 7:00 - 8:00 pm on Zoom
Practices are every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 pm.
